All pieces are individually handcrafted in our New Zealand studio and shipped worldwide with care. Please read the information below before placing your order.


Made-to-Order Production Time

Each item is made to order. Standard production time varies depending on the piece:

Veils (standard) 2–6 weeks
Custom veils & bespoke designs 4–12 weeks
Scarves, sleeves, small accessories 1–2 weeks
Rush orders Available on request

Delivery time begins after production is complete. If you need your order urgently, please contact us before purchasing.


🌍 Worldwide Shipping

We ship internationally from New Zealand using trusted carriers such as NZ Post, DHL, FedEx or UPS, depending on location and speed required.

Tracking is always provided once your order has been dispatched.

Please note: transit estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to customs, courier delays, or global shipping conditions.


🚀 Rush Orders / Express Shipping

If your wedding date is close, we may be able to offer priority production or express shipping. Please contact us with your date before purchasing so we can advise options.


🧾 Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Depending on your country, customs, VAT, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the buyer — unless otherwise stated in your listing.

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping is included in your price (US customers only), tariffs and duties are prepaid by us. Where DDP is not included, duties may be charged locally upon arrival.


📨 Order Tracking

Once shipped, you will receive:

  • A confirmation email

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to track your parcel’s journey

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


🛑 Lost, Delayed or Refused Shipments

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by courier services, customs, weather, or global events

  • Parcels refused by the customer

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal, reshipping fees will apply.


✏️ Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once production has begun or the order has shipped, changes may not be possible.


❤️ Packaging

Each piece is carefully packed using acid-free tissue, protective wrapping, and a custom keepsake box where applicable — designed for both safe transit and long-term heirloom storage.
